How To Archive A Request?
To archive a Request:
1. Go to the Request you want to archive,
2. In the chat box, select the file box icon in the top right corner.

How To Find Archived Requests?
To find your archived Requests:
1. In the Requests tab, select the sliders icon on the top bar, next to the search bar,
2. In the new window, tick the "Archived requests" box under the "Filter by" section,
3. Now, you should see archived requests in the list, Kanban, and table view.

How To Restore Archived Requests?
To restore your archived requests:
1. Filter out your Requests to show the archived Requests,
2. Select the file box icon next to the Request you’d like to restore,
3. Now, your Request is visible to all users.
