The role that can change the workspace access settings: Owner

Who Can Access Your Workspace?

There are two settings:

  • Everyone: any person with a link to your Zendo workspace will be able to create an account and access the platform, as well as reach client-facing URLs, like your Service Catalog. This is the default option.

  • Only invited users: it will restrict uninvited users from accessing your workspace or any client-facing URLs, like your Service Catalog.

How To Change Workspace Access?

1. Select Workspace under the Settings & Customization section on the left sidebar,
2. From the drop-down menu, select General,
3. Stay in the Essentials tab and find the Workspace access section,
4. Select the drop-down arrow of the "Access" field to reveal available options from the drop-down list,
5. Decide if you want give access to Everyone or Only invited users,
6. Select the "Save changes" button in the bottom right corner to confirm your choice.
