Roles That Can Manage Files: Everyone

Share files with your clients in the "Files" tab, and find files that were automatically saved when shared in chat.

2. On the new page, you'll find folders for each of your client, created automatically when they create an account. Pick one,

2. In the pop-up window, enter the names of the clients you want to share files with or select clients from the drop-down list by ticking the boxes next to their names, 

3. Then, select the "browse files" field or drag and drop your files into the field, 

4. Select the "Upload" button in the bottom right corner of the pop-up window. 

Alternatively, you can attach files to your chat within a specific client request or through a message not connected through a specific request. The file limit is 15 files per upload when using this method.

Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop your files directly to folders or within them. The limit is 100 files per upload when using this method.

All file formats are allowed. The only restriction is the file's weight, up to 1 GB. 

• Copy the file's URL, by selecting the link icon, 
• Download the file, by selecting the download icon,
• Preview the file, by selecting the ellipsis and choosing "Preview" from the drop-down menu,
• View the file info, by selecting the ellipsis and choosing "File info" from the drop-down menu,
• Delete the file, by selecting the ellipsis and choosing "Delete file" from the drop-down menu. 

• Search the files, by entering the name of the file or its uploader in the search bar at the top right corner, 
• Change number of listed items, by selecting "10", "25", or "50" at the left bottom of the table, 
• Filter the items by selecting the "title", "size", or "upload date" at the top of the columns, 
• Switch between pages by selecting the arrows at the right bottom of the table. 

Client can also access their own Files tab, where they'll see everything shared with them until that point, including in-chat. They won't see folders of other clients, but they will see files of their organization's members. To learn more about organizations, read this aricle.
