How To Create An Onboarding Card?
2. On the new page, select the "Create onboarding" button in the top right corner,

4. Tick the "Show the onboarding card only to clients who bought specific service(s)" box if you want to restrict the onboarding card visibility. Then, select which services the onboarding card should apply to,



Allowed files are images, text, audio, and video files. Maximum allowed size per file is 1MB.
8. Below, upload a featured image by selecting "Upload image". You can remove it by selecting "Remove image",
Allowed formats are: JPG, PNG, and GIFs. The maximum dimensions are 2560x2560px, while the maximum allowed size is 1MB.

9. Add a checklist for your clients to tick off. To add a new item, select the "Add new task" below the checklist. In the new field, enter the task message, attach any files, and add a featured image,

10. Lastly, you can either save the onboarding card by selecting the "Save" button in the top right corner or preview the card by selecting the "Preview" button.
To see the onboarding card from a client's perspective, use the impersonation feature.
How To Manage Your Onboarding Card?
To see all your created onboarding cards, select Client portal from the left side-panel and choose the Onboarding tab from the drop-down menu.

On the new page, you'll find a table with all your onboarding cards. The table consists of the following columns:
2. Restrictions: the services the onboarding card is assigned to. If no services were picked, you'll see "Visibile to all",
3. Created at: the date of when you created the onboarding card,
4. Visibility: toggle the button to either show or hide the onboarding card on your clients' dashboards,
5. Actions: select the eye, dust bin, square, or pen icon to either preview, delete, duplicate, or edit the onboarding card.
Below the table, you can also change the number of onboarding cards that will be shown on the table. You can switch between 10, 25, and 50 cards per page.
Client POV

1. Preview uploaded files,
2. Download uploaded files,
3. Tick off items of the checklist,
